I'll start: -Instead of eyeshadow primer I use liquid foundation. It doesn't work as well, but it definitely stops my eyeshadow from creasing during work (I get really oily eyelids for some reason). -I have this big eyeshadow pallet from ELF that I got as a gift, and I fill in my brows with an angled brush and dark brown eyeshadow instead of an eyebrow pencil because I just already had it. You can't see any difference. -Maybe everyone already knows this, but always put a light shimmery color (white or as close as possible) on the inner corner of your eyes. It will make them look bigger.

I love powers instead of pencils for eyebrows! I normally use both but if in a rush, powder it is!
When dressing horizontal stripes aren't less flattering than verticle ones itsactually about size of stripe! Small stripes are thinning and larger ones are biggen..ing..

I personally don't really understand eyebrow pencils. I don't know if it's because my eyebrows are fairly thick as it is or what...?

best described by Jenna Marbles "Time to draw on some cartoon eyebrows" for me personally anyway! But I guess largely used when people have thinner/sparser brows!

^^ what she said I have light eyebrows and they look a little patchy, so I like to fill them in. Plus dark eyebrows make you look older. I dunno if you've ever noticed, but characters with light hair on movies/tv shows will almost always still have dark eyebrows. I thought of another tip. To make your lipstick last longer: -put on one coat of lipstick -put a tissue or a piece of toilet paper over your mouth and use a brush to put powder foundation on your lips through the paper -remove the paper and put on another coat of lipstick The powder will help the product stick on your lips.

For eyebrows: Yeah, mine are actually quite dark and thick, but they don't grow in the exact arch and length I would like them to, so I just lightly fill them in with a dark pencil if I'm going somewhere nice. Very very subtle, I just like to know they look the way I want them to.

Also, I had a question: anyone know any good ways to colour your lips (ie. gloss, lipstick etc) while keeping them non-sticky? Specifically I mean good for kissing. I like to make mine a nice red when I go on special dates but it's always a pain when my boyfriend stops and has to wipe red gloss off his face...

Hmm, I don't know any lipstick/gloss recommendations in particular that would not transfer during kissing... no matter what the magazine ads say. lol So I will leave that for someone else --sorry Plethorian I also have a specific question: My under-eye circles are the worst. I use a matte foundation and a powder, and I will apply the foundation under my eyes as well, but my ugly eye circles still shine through. I tried a specific concealer once, but it either didn't work well for me or I wsan't using it correctly, because it mostly just looked like war paint. Does anyone have recommendations?

I have heard that those products that use caffeine actually are quite effective against dark circles, mercurial! And I think any cream-based concealer will work, but it has to be applied in light layers all over the face to be subtle and not cakey looking, I think. I don't know terribly much about that one cause I've rarely used creams.
