When friends ask me about my first time I always get a little awkward because I don't have a first time.
That is not to say that I've not had sex, because I have. But, when my partner and I first started getting intimate, we would be messing around and and told him that he's allowed at the entrance but not allowed to go in, as I wanted to start the pill before we actually had sex. So this happened multiple times and each time he went in a bit further until we couldn't pretend that he wasn't in me.
The benefit of this is that there was no first time awkwardness and no pain!
My friend and I said its 'he's allowed to stand on the door step, but can't come into the hallway!'

That's really interesting, and it's a good idea.

That's kinda what I did with my ex too, except that it was because we had to...he had problems getting it up. But yeah, it's definitely a benefit! No pain is AWESOME.

Omg my boyfriend had problems the first time too. I think performance anxiety, haha.

Lol, he had no such trouble and I wasn't his first.
When friends tell me about their firsts and of the pain and blood and I'm just like 'lol!' in their face! =p

That's a great idea, Shadow! And your partner sounds really sweet. I like the idea of not really having a first time --it's a really interesting strategy, really sweet, and hell yeah no pain! If I ever have kids... I'm totally telling them that that is the way to go!!

Haha, that's a good idea.
I worry a lot about how to talk to these sort of things with my kids (if I ever have them). I don't want to turn into my mother. (^^)

Christ. Am terribly jealous of the lack of pain. It sounds like a good idea really. My boyfriend and I fooled around er... in the hallway... a little before we actually had sex but it didn't seem to help all that much.
You shouldn't feel awkward about it though. I bet most of them would be jealous like me, rather than judging. =) x

I think it's certain people make me feel weird about it, if you know what I mean. Some people put a lot of stock into the loosing of their V-card and think it's got to be something worth telling. But I guess it doesn't really matter. If you had fun at the time- who cares?
